Meet Our Team

Kevin E. Riggs, MBA, EA  |  CEO

A business consultant for small, closely-held, family businesses, Kevin E. Riggs has experience in government, public accounting, and private industries. He started his own business consulting firm, Renaissance Consulting & Development, LLC., in 2007 and has assisted clients with upwards of $30 million in sales. As a graduate of the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting and University of South Florida’s Master’s program, Kevin has leveraged his unique perspective and experience to bring clients closer to achieving their long term goals through process improvement. He is an Enrolled Agent as well as a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™.



Pam Block | Master Craftsman, Bookkeeping

Ms. Block is responsible for executing all of the company’s internal and external reporting as well as ensuring that these documents comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Additionally, she assumes responsibility for a multitude of accounting procedures for clients through the Venetian Bookkeeping arm of Renaissance Consulting and Development.

Prior to joining Renaissance Consulting, Pam was the Senior Financial Analyst with Cott Beverages.  She has held similar roles with MetLife and GreenLeaf Auto Recyclers, serving as Senior Accountant and Regional Controller throughout her tenure. Ms. Block has a solid track record in finance and organizational leadership with expertise in accounting and financial analysis.

Ms. Block is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants.


Anita Casey  |  Administrative Assistant

Anita Casey is an Administrative Assistant to the CEO, and also supports the Venetian Bookkeeping staff.

Ms. Casey has extensive experience as a project management professional with 16+ years managing large corporate clients with multiple nationwide locations. Her solid reputation for project completions on time and on budget make her an asset to any organization.

Anita started her career in the surgical instrument industry, where she perfected the art of customer service. After several years with Keeler Medical Instruments, Ms. Casey worked for Spectrum, the preferred Herman Miller office furniture dealer in Pennsylvania, and then Workplace Environments, the leading Teknion dealership, where she facilitated projects from initial design phase and order through installation and final punch list for multi-million dollar projects for Fortune 500 companies. Upon relocating to Florida, Anita soon joined the Renaissance Consulting team.

Irma Davila  |  Marketing Director

Irma Davila has more than a decade of experience delivering strategic events, marketing, and communications to some of Florida’s most noteworthy companies. With her well-manicured fingers firmly on the pulse of all things web, marketing, and social, Irma is passionate about helping small to mid-sized organizations harness the power of traditional and digital media to increase revenues.

Web development, social media/community management, content and search marketing, and blogging are all within Irma’s well-developed skill set. With a solid background in traditional marketing/communications, Irma can develop a strategic solution – digital and otherwise – appropriate to your unique organizational needs. As a Stanford-educated project manager, she can implement it, too.

Irma’s solutions are personalized to clients’ unique needs and challenges. She believes cookie cutters are for baking, not business. Irma brings infectious energy and imaginative thinking to each and every project. As the self-proclaimed Queen of Brandon, Irma is as passionate about her community (and karaoke) as she is about marketing strategy, and she volunteers her time with a number of organizations in the Brandon and South Shore area of Tampa Bay.  Learn More.
